Our home is located in the community of Ocean Pines, a short 10-minute drive to Ocean City or to the charming Town of Berlin.
Worried about having to drive to the beach and find parking? Don't be! Your in-season rental comes with a parking pass for the Ocean Pines Beach Club located between 49th and 50th streets oceanfront! This allows you to park right at the beach, have a drink at the tiki bar, enjoy a bite to eat, jump in the pool, rinse off the sand, and use the bathrooms.

The master bedroom boasts a queen size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with beautiful glass tile. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The bunkbed room, single and double, includes a flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with a breakfast bar that seats two. Adjacent to the kitchen is a light filled sunroom with a 65" flat screen TV. The cozy living room includes four oversized comfortable chairs next to a gas fireplace and the dining table is perfect for a large gathering. A brand-new stackable washer and dryer are also available for your use.

The Sea Jay House is located in the community of Ocean Pines which is a short 10 minute drive to Ocean City! Ocean Pines includes five pools, a golf course, yacht club, community center, multiple parks and large playground, hiking trails, water access for boating, kayaking and paddle boarding with restaurants, shops and grocery stores within a few minute drive. Your rental comes with a pass for parking at the Ocean Pines Beach Club located between 49th and 50th Streets in Ocean City, across from Seacrets. The Beach Club includes a bar, outside dining, pool and bathrooms.
